Completed applications will be sent to the Scholarship Committee upon completion. For the Fall Semester please complete by June 1st and for the Spring Semester by November 1st. All applications will be time and date stamped upon receipt.
The Scholarship Committee will meet to review applications and conduct necessary student interviews, to make their decision(s).

The recipient(s) of the scholarship(s) shall be informed by July 1st for the Fall semester and by December 1st for the Spring semester, and plans will be made to acknowledge the scholarship awards during a worship service. The recipient or recipients will receive the scholarship funds at the end of the semester after all the scholarship agreement conditions on last page of this document are met.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to inform the church of which institution he/she plans to attend, when he/she is registered and is in attendance.
If applicant is a high school senior, notification of the pending award will be sent to the high school and the student will be informed that this has been done; otherwise if in college or graduate studies, notification of the award will be sent to the student. In either case, funding of the award is only provided after successful completion, i.e., submission of passing grades.
Final Instructions for Applicant:
